We will launch an MVP with short cognitive mini-games across memory, attention, and problem-solving. A Random Forest–based personalization engine will adjust difficulty and session selection using performance signals (accuracy and response time, e.g.). We will use this release to validate engagement, usability, and expert feedback..
We will implement voice-based interaction with the pet using a conversational AI module, enabling users to speak naturally during the experience. We will also upgrade the personalization model by adding user feedback signals (perceived difficulty, enjoyment, fatigue, e.g.) alongside performance metrics to refine difficulty adaptation and game recommendations.


We will add social features that allow users to connect with family members or peers through supportive interactions (shared progress, encouragement, and optional challenges, e.g.). In parallel, we will refine game mechanics and UX based on analytics and user feedback to improve retention, accessibility for 40+ users, and long-term engagement.
We will scale to additional European markets and selected global regions through localization and broader app store distribution. We will also pursue partnerships with care and wellbeing organizations to reach users in structured environments, while maintaining a non-clinical positioning. To enable this growth, we will seek additional funding to scale operations and further develop AI personalization, the conversational companion, and an optional VR experience.
